I respond to ALL QSLs 100% to SV4FFL. I preffer LoTW but direct is ok too. You can use the OQRS system below without have to send our QSL card to me. Check if you are in the log and request your QSL card online. For those who don't want to use the OQRS also can send their QSL card either directly but please include the appropriate return cost or valid IRC.
